I have a product feed but need a software that can work with ebay to upload and change out of stock and price. I know about turbo lister but it's not good at all.

Once you get the process rolling, you will have a sufficient understanding to be able to roll out any xml price list directly to eBay. A steep sounding learning curve, which once mastered can bring you significant benefits, including a significant competitive advantage over your competitors.
